Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at®. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays depending on the carrier.

Order processing and shipping may be delayed 1 or 2 days during large sales or peak buying seasons. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Free shipping on orders over $50.00 to the lower 48 states. We primarily use FedEx 2-day and, if requested, USPS.

Shipping charges for orders under $50.00 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have very low rates through FedEx.

Please call our office for overnight shipments.

For international shipments, please call our office for rates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any duty or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed by customs are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Refusal of a shipment will be 100% at the cost of the customer. If a package is refused by the customer or customs and has to be returned to our office, a refund will be issued to the customer minus any shipping charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the local governing laws. does not take any responsibility if local governing laws are violated.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 to 24 hours on weekdays.


FedEx and USPS provided easy-to-use tracking services for all shipments. Please sign up for their free “Delivery Management” service. Where you can take control of your deliveries and sign-up for delivery notifications. Once an order is marked “Delivered” in the system, FedEx will deny any claim we place against the package. Since COVID, shipping companies have become a bit nasty and one-sided. In the past, we could get a claim on a stolen package to recoup some of the cost, but now if a package is marked delivered the shipping company will deny the claim. The only preventive measure is for you to add a $7.00 “signature required” to the shopping cart. We can only replace your order free of charge if the “signature required” option was selected.


If you would like a replacement order shipped, and you didn’t select the $7 “signature required” option at checkout, you must pay 50% of the order amount for the replacement.

If the customer has added “signature required” to the shipment, will replace the package for free. If the customer declines to add the “signature required” option, the customer must pay 50% of the original purchase price in order to get a full replacement reshipped. We believe this is a very generous offer to help you not feel all the pain if a wicked porch pirate takes your package. If you have a risky, high-traffic front porch then be sure to add the $7.00 signature. will not refund stolen packages that were delivered to your doorstep.


Once the packages leave the warehouse it is out of our hands and is NOT responsible for delayed or lost packages, BUT we are here to do everything we can to help remedy the problem as we care about the fact that many people greatly rely on Hemp Paste.

These are the steps we take:

All of our packages, unless you request otherwise, are shipped through FedEx 2-day Express.

If a package is shipped on a Monday it should arrive on Wednesday. If the package is delayed and has not arrived by the 6th day, then we will file a lost package claim and reship the same items on the 7th day. If we file a claim on a package that shows “not delivered”, we can only recover a maximum of $100.00 for each package unless we add extra insurance. That $100.00 does not cover the bigger shipments. has lost a substantial amount of money during 2021 from lost shipments.

If we file a claim for a “lost package” and the package finally arrives, our claim will be denied. Therefore, the customer now has two orders and only paid for one of them. This is why there is a waiting period of 48 to 72 hours after we make a claim before we will ship the replacement.  We’ve found that sometimes when we make a claim on a package, FedEx finds the package and it arrives the next day.
